1. Free trial

Every plan begins with a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate BreakBooks before paying. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged.

2. Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Paid plans bill monthly and automatically renew until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize recurring monthly charges.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your Account page ("Manage billing" / "Cancel subscription"), which opens your secure billing portal. When you cancel, you will not be charged again, and you keep access through the end of your current paid period.

4. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods after cancellation. Because we offer a 7-day free trial, you can evaluate the Service fully before any charge. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [support@breakbooks.com] within 30 days and we will review it in good faith. Any refund granted is at our discretion unless the law requires otherwise.
